At LOTFI PIANO TRADING LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality instruments along with reliable after-sales service. Our warranty is designed to give our customers confidence and peace of mind when purchasing a piano from us.
During the warranty period, any technical issues related to the piano, especially in key components such as the action mechanism and keyboard system, will be handled by our professional team.
This includes inspection, repair, and if necessary, replacement of original parts. All services and parts provided under warranty are free of charge. Customers will not need to worry about repair costs or parts replacement during the valid warranty period.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by external factors or improper use. This includes physical damage to the body of the piano such as scratches, dents, or impact.
Damage resulting from improper transportation or relocation by non-professionals is also not covered. Environmental factors such as incorrect humidity levels may affect sensitive parts like the soundboard. For example, very low humidity may cause cracks in the soundboard, and such cases are not included in the warranty.
Any misuse of the instrument or repairs carried out by unauthorized individuals will void the warranty.
This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from LOTFI PIANO TRADING LLC. Customers must have a valid official invoice issued by our company. Products purchased from third parties or unauthorized sellers are not covered.

Once we receive the request, our support team will respond promptly and review the issue. If needed, a qualified technician will be arranged to visit and resolve the problem as soon as possible.
