Order and Purchase
Registering an order on the website means requesting a purchase and until the final confirmation by the collection, it is possible to change or cancel the order for any reason. The collection reserves the right to refund or cancel the order in case of unavailability or any other reason.

For products available in stock, delivery will be done as soon as possible. For pre-ordered products, the delivery time will be determined based on an agreement with the customer.
Payment Methods
Payment can be made in cash, by credit card, or through online payment gateways. For installment purchases of acoustic and digital pianos, special conditions apply that must be checked before making a purchase.
In case of installment purchases, all relevant laws and regulations must be observed. Failure to pay for an installment purchase at the agreed-upon website may result in a breach of contract and return of the product.
After payment confirmation, an official invoice will be issued and all legal rights related to the product will be secured.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping to Dubai and the UAE is free. For other cities, the shipping cost will be determined based on the weight of the product and the destination.
The delivery time varies depending on the type of product and the destination city. For acoustic and digital pianos, installation is required and must be coordinated beforehand.
The customer is responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery and reporting any damages or issues immediately. After delivery and installation, the customer is responsible for maintaining the product.
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
Warranty and after-sales services
Upright and grand pianos have a three-year warranty and digital pianos a one-year warranty. The warranty includes manufacturing defects and product functionality.
The warranty does not include damages caused by improper use, power surges, electrical problems, or unauthorized repairs. To use the warranty, the original purchase invoice must be presented.
The collection provides repair and maintenance services through its specialized team. To receive services, please contact our customer service department.
Returns and Refunds
If there is a defect in the product, you can request a return or refund up to 7 days after delivery. The product must be in its original condition and without any use.
To return a product, first contact our customer service department and register your request. After verification and confirmation, the product will be returned and the payment will be refunded.
The shipping cost for returning a defective product will be borne by the collection. In the absence of a defect, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
