Do you offer installment payments?

Yes. We offer installment payments through Tabby. At checkout select "Pay with Tabby" to split your purchase into payments. Approval and payment schedule are determined by Tabby based on customer eligibility.

Usually up to 4 payments depending on Tabby approval. Some customers may qualify with no down payment.

If Tabby declines the request, you can still complete the purchase using card payment, bank transfer, or cash. We do not provide internal installment plans or post-dated cheques.

Yes. Tabby can be used for digital pianos, upright pianos, grand pianos, and used pianos.

What warranty do digital pianos include?

Most digital pianos include a 24-month warranty when manufacturer warranty is available. It covers manufacturing defects under normal use.

What warranty do acoustic pianos include?

All acoustic pianos (new and used) include a 5-year warranty on mechanical parts, one free tuning, and one free action regulation service. Technician visit is free for covered warranty issues. The warranty does not cover soundboard cracks, humidity damage, or damage caused by moving the piano without informing us.

Delivery is free within Dubai. Delivery to other Emirates is available with an additional charge depending on distance.

Yes. Stairs and elevators are included. If crane or balcony lifting is required, only the crane cost will be charged.

Yes. Delivery always includes placement, installation, and basic usage guidance. Delivery time is scheduled according to customer availability.

Lotfi Piano Trading LLC operates together with Melodica Company Ltd in Tokyo Japan. We source pianos directly from Japanese households. All instruments are serviced and prepared in Japan before export. Japanese domestic market models such as Yamaha and Kawai are available in refurbished or original checked condition. Some pianos are sold in UAE and others are exported internationally.

Dealers, music schools, institutions, pianists, and individual buyers are welcome. No minimum quantity is required.

Yes. Special pricing is available for international buyers and export orders. Worldwide shipping is available.

Yes. The serial number is written on your invoice and you will receive the same instrument.

Yes. Every piano is carefully inspected and cleaned before delivery. Minor cosmetic scratches may exist on used instruments.
